Over time it developed into something bigger, i thought acoholism and smoking would be a better remedy to my depression and pain, i ended up endangering my dear life the more. ".. Not until I was totally impaired, so I had to give up depression through several activities I would share with you today! But before then, I was hospitalized.

Depression rate is unbearable, so many people including celebrities, the rich and even the poor are suffering this syndrome, depression really doesnt look at anyones age or size, according to reports, we have over 1.5Million people who suffer this mental health sickness per year and sometimes they commit Sucide in the process of the problem..😒😕😣 so sad about those who this silent killer has taken away..

Depression Is really dangerous, you either decide to break the bonds or continue to suffer the pain through rest less and sleepless nights, so one remedy I could share from my previous experience is to take sleep really important, avoid the movies, your cell phone and have enough rest, this act would however help victim to pull out from the stings of this silent soul taker (depression).
2. Challenge Negative Thoughts:
As you can see here, depression is actually your mindset, what you think and how you react. You might feel your the poorest person in the planet, you might think your useless and have no future.. my Dear you just have to beat your chest and stand above those disastrous thoughts.. you still make mistakes, accept the best part of you and still move on.. "rise above those thoughts".
3.Make Time To Have Fun:
Doing what you enjoy would actually help a long way to help depression.
According to an author Joel Osteen: "Happiness is a choice"
So becoming happy, doing what you truly love is something you have to choose, you either chose to be sad and remain in your depression or break loose.. my dear have fun!! Plan the things that makes you happy, check them out and am very sure your very close to leaving the door step of the silent killers home.(Depression)..
